With our advanced digital asset management system, we help you organize, sort, and optimize your collection, making it easier than ever to create stunning mosaic artworks.

1. Upload your images

Each client receives a private, secure login to our image upload portal to submit photos. High-quality mosaics typically require over a thousand images, and the portal remains open as long as needed. You can organize photos into folders and preview them directly in the portal. We also use this space to share sample designs and provide feedback throughout the process.

2. Sorting & cropping

We carefully review and organize your uploaded images before resizing and cropping them into uniform tiles. Tiles can be square or rectangular, but consistency is key for a seamless mosaic. Our priority is preserving the main subject of each image during cropping, ensuring that every tile contributes meaningfully to the overall composition.

3. Master image selection

The master image is the focal point of your mosaic, so selecting the right one is crucial. We recommend a clear, high-contrast image with vibrant colors and visual complexity, as large monochromatic areas do not render well in mosaic form. Please provide 3-4 image options, and we’ll offer feedback to guide your selection.
